10/26: Lailanie is named a DOC NYC Documentary New Leader

Lailanie Gadia has been selected as an honoree for the 2023 Documentary New Leaders initiative! She will be celebrating this recognition at DOC NYC’s 14th annual festival this November, and embarking on discussions with her fellow honorees over the course of the year to address the issues most pivotal to our roles in the field.
